2023 Year End Message

As the curtain closes on 2023, we at BCC Aqua Crystal stand proud of our role in advancing Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation. Each drop of pure water delivered through our machines makes a step closer to a world where everyone has access to this life-sustaining resource.

This year, we've made significant strides in:
Reaching community: By installing machines in remote areas and partnering with the government agency, we've brought clean water to thousands people who previously lacked access.
Promoting sustainable practices: We've developed eco-friendly technologies and encouraged responsible water usage.
Empowering individuals: By providing access to clean water, we've empowered individuals to lead healthier lives, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to thriving communities.

Since December 2022, we have changed our factory company 'Miyabi House & Aqua Crystal' to 'BCC Aqua Crystal'.

For everything you have done for us in the past, everything you still do and will continue to do, we at BCC Aqua Crystal just want you to know how thankful we are, and we look forward to a better future together.

Vietnam's International Water Event 2022

Today, we joined in VietWater 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City. There are many suppliers and manufacturers from Taiwan, China, Singapore, and Japan.

We met and discussed with our current suppliers such as TDS sensor, RO membrance, etc.

Even in a big event like this one. Our products are still unique.

Industrial Machinery Exhibition

Today, we joined in this event to look for our better device and solution.

We had a long discussion with one software solution company and one electrical device company. They are the most suitable for our future supplier.

Local people likes us

It was a normal day as usual. Then, they came.

They show their 'thank you' by a small surprise present.

But I'm on diet. I cannot eat too many sweets.

We are checking sensors which are made in Germany.

11th Day - Apr/30 - Opening Day

5/3/2022

We woke up at 6:30AM then breakfast. We moved our luggage and suitcase to hotel lobby.

We started going at 8:00AM.

We started opening ceremony at 10:00AM.

We answered some question from local people regarding to our water quality.

We show TDS checking in front of local people and local politician.

We delivery JTB Water Bottle to local people. A lot of "arigato" words were said by local people. They tried to say Japanese language to express their thankful feeling to us.

Many local kids also came along with their parents. They don't know who JTB is now. But I strongly believe, JTB image will be unforgettable. Someday in the future, they grow up. When they travel and see JTB logo. Their childhood memory will recall and JTB reputation absolutely steps up to a next level.

I hope all of the members who have been supporting directly and indirectly this Water Container Plant project could see how meaningful it is in person.

10th Day - Apr/29

We woke up at 6:00AM then breakfast.

We started going at 7:00AM.

Today, painting already dried. We put on new JTB logo which we stored inside our plant for replacement.

We removed the temporary tarpaulin. Everything was beautiful again.

We training for the operation people how to running the machine
- Service counter: press button to start filling water, automatic stop mode or manual stop mode.
- Machine running: turn on-off light, water pumps.
- Scenario: emergency turn off, begin the day steps, closing the day steps.

We went back hotel at 8PM

5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th Day - Apr/24,25,26,27,28

We woke up at 6:30AM and started going at 8:00AM as usual.

Cement already dried. We can start build up our Supply Water Pool System.

We started painting work.

Problem
Electric unstable voltage will reduce machine quality and life
Long raining afternoon and wet weather so that painting will not dry
Borrowed painting machine was broken while working

Solution
Set up Automatic Voltage Regulator 7.5kw
Set up a big waterproof tarpaulin covered whole container plant
Buy new painting machine in market area with 50% lower price

Side Work
- Calibrating water height level:

After more than a week experience in many local shops, we learned that people prefers water height level should be almost at the bottle cap level. So, we adjusted our machine to satisfied local people expectation.

We were back to hotel at 8:00PM, 9:00PM.
